Can you explain what's wrong with it aside from it being sketchy cheap? Do you think it's been tampered with?

I've seen this posted on Reddit several times. It seems highly suspicious. What's your theory about how this was made? Some people say it's made up of solvent HBO, but I find that unlikely because of the price and consistency.
